Plan a co-op game night

Pick a day, a time and a game, and send one link to your group chat. Friends answer going, maybe or can’t, see the night in their own time zone and add it to their calendar.

  1. Plan it. A day, a time, and a game, or pick one together on the night.
  2. Send one link. Friends answer with a name. No app, no account.
  3. Play. It’s in everyone’s calendar, in their own time. Players with an account get a reminder and XP for showing up.

Your game night

Your friends see it next to your answer.

Times are in New York time. Everyone you invite sees the night in their own time.

Only people you send the link to can see the night.

Made for co-op groups

  • Time zones, handled. Friends in other countries see the night in their own time, with yours beside it.
  • Calendars that update. One calendar file for every app, plus Google Calendar and Outlook links. A changed plan updates the same event.
  • No game yet? Fine. On the night, spin the picker for your group, or start a lobby where everyone chooses on their own phone.
  • Keep the group. Play every week? Start a crew: one code for everyone, and the next night is one tap away.

Common questions

Do my friends need an account?

No. They open the link, type the name you know them by and answer going, maybe or can’t. Their browser remembers the answer, so they can change it later. No email, no app.

How do time zones work?

You plan in your own time, and the night is saved as one moment. Everyone who opens the link sees it in their own time, with yours beside it, so a friend abroad never has to work it out.

Can we add the night to our calendars?

Yes. Each night has a calendar file for Apple Calendar, Outlook and other apps, and links that open Google Calendar or Outlook on the web with everything filled in. If the host changes the plan, adding it again updates the same event; a night that is called off shows as cancelled.

Will people get a reminder?

Players with a free account who said going or maybe get a reminder on the site and by email, 3 hours before the night. They also earn XP for showing up. Everyone else has the calendar event.

What if we haven’t picked a game yet?

Leave it open. On the night, spin the picker for your group size, or start a lobby where everyone chooses on their own phone and the game that fits the most of you comes up.

Who can see our game night?

Only people with the link. Night pages are kept out of search engines, and each one is deleted 30 days after the night.

How many people can join, and how far ahead can I plan?

Up to 16 people can answer one night, and you can plan up to 60 days ahead. It’s free.
